If FirstAsk is not for you, email support@firstask.ai within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
Cancel any time from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Pro-rated refunds for unused time are at our discretion — ask, and tell us why.
Please ask us first. A chargeback filed without a refund request suspends the account while Stripe reviews it.
